Jennifer found this beautiful dress on Facebook Marketplace. She loved the bows in the back and the square back - but because of a size discrepancy - it didn’t fit. We discussed some options to make it fit - but adding gussets to the side seams would have been distracting , and would require us to source a matching fabric. Instead, we opted to add a corset back - this preserved (and dare I say, emphasized) the square back she loved. I also reused the largest bow and kept in pretty much the same position so it would look like the bow for the corset. Jennifer said she liked the back even more than before - and look how great she looks!
