Appointments are reserved exclusively for one client at a time to ensure a private, attentive experience.

Fitting Fee Policy
During our soft launch period (through March 30, 2026), no fitting fee is required to book an appointment. Beginning after this period, a fitting fee will apply and will be credited toward your total alterations cost.

At this time, fittings are held in clients’ homes. Appointments outside a 20-mile radius of Akron may require a travel fee.
